Our fave tiny twins have been all over the news this week, but we were most surprised to spot Mary-Kate and Ashley hanging out in Barnes & Noble! Why are they trolling bookstore aisles instead of the red carpet? The duo recently penned a book called "Influence" about the fashion inspirations for their lines, the Row and Elizabeth and James. (PS We're giving some away on Alloy ? get in on the sweeps here!) The book is full of interviews with a heap of the designers and artists they admire, like Lauren Hutton, John Galliano, and Diane Von Furstenberg. Here's a quote we love from DVF: "I always knew the woman I wanted to be -- I knew I wanted to be a woman who was independent, a woman who was in the driving seat, a woman who didn't need for the man to decide." Although the collection focuses on the creative people who've made an impact on the pair, it's not totally Olsen-free. The girls answer questionnaires about themselves too. One twin tidbit? Last Halloween, Ashley was a little vampire girl in a Victorian dress!
